Finally was able to use some of our Patreon earnings to buy the ‘Luminous Planetarium Project’, a series of videos created by Me Company in 2001. Above is the center screen, the viewer has a choice of viewing the only that center screen, or all three at once (seen below).
Included in the project is a rare interview with the founders of Me Company, Alistair Beattie and Paul White.
You can connect some of those scenes to the stills they created for Visionaire 32 (2000).

Me Company, the studio responsible for making Björk’s Y2K imagery, animated an Apple Store concept video designed by Marc Newson in the 90s.

Manray Video Bar - Capitol Hill, Seattle WA by Smash Design (1999-2008)
“Futuristic-retro Manray is Seattle’s premier video bar. There’s color changing glowing walls, a private front patio, signature martinis, daily happy hour specials, a range of food, karaoke and Dj’s spinning modern and classic dance music.”
Demolished in 2008 for a condo development 😢

Just scanned in this cover for Modalisboa Winter 1996, which showcased their fashion line for that year. According to the book Creative Edge: Brochures, “The graphic aspect is to illustrate that year’s very futuristic trend”. (1996)
Hopefully one day I’ll find the entire brochure, bet it’s a great example of Y2K fashion & graphic design!
